Regular suburban train lines S8, S9 and S11 cover the trip from Milan to Monza in about 20 minutes and run at least every half an hour. I chose a route east of Monza using the A51, SP45, SP7, and SP135 through Bruno and Peregallo. The circuit is far from Monza Railway Station (at least 40-45 minutes on foot, without suitcases).
